A simple and nutritious breakfast with an airy texture - the most delicate cheese omelette. Thanks to baking in the oven, the omelet turns out to be fluffy, and the addition of a large amount of cheese provides a pleasant aroma and rich taste.

  1. If your baking dish is not glass, but iron or silicone, the oven should be turned on in advance to heat up to 180 degrees. Since I have a glass baking dish, I did not turn on the oven in advance so that the baking dish would not burst when the temperature changed.
  2. Rub the cheese on a coarse grater.
  3. Break eggs into a deep bowl and add salt.
  4. Mix thoroughly until the yolks and whites are completely combined.
  5. Pour in vegetable oil and milk. We mix.
  6. Add grated cheese.
  7. We mix.
  8. Lubricate the form with plenty of butter. Pour the egg-cheese mixture into the mold.
  9. Cooking an omelet with cheese in the oven at 180 degrees for about 45 minutes, until golden brown.
  10. Then we take out the finished omelet with cheese from the oven and cool slightly.
  11. Remove from the mold, cut into portions and serve.
