Cheese omelet roll

Such an original and delicious cheese omelette roll is easy to cook in a regular pan. This recipe takes very little time to make an omelet, so it's perfect for breakfast.

  1. Break the eggs into a bowl, add milk and salt.
  2. With a whisk or at low speed of the mixer, mix the eggs with milk until smooth.
  3. Grate the cheese on a medium grater.
  4. Add the cheese to the omelet mixture.
  5. Stir the omelette mixture with the cheese.
  6. Preheat the pan and grease with vegetable oil. Pour a little omelette mixture with cheese into the pan, evenly distributing it in a thin layer over the bottom of the pan.
  7. Fry a cheese omelet over low heat. After the omelet has seized a little, we begin to roll it into a roll with the help of a spatula.
  8. We do not completely twist the roll, leave a small edge. Move the omelet roll to the edge of the pan.
  9. Add a little omelet mixture to the pan with a roll.
  10. Distribute the omelet mixture evenly, grabbing and, as it were, extending the edge of the roll.
  11. When the omelet grasps, roll it up again.
  12. Move the roll to the edge of the pan and pour in the egg mixture again.
  13. We continue to wrap the roll in this way until we have used all the egg mixture. Grease the pan with oil as needed.
  14. Leave the roll in the pan for 30 seconds, seam down, so that it is fixed.
  15. Put the finished cheese roll-omelet on a plate and cut into portions.
