Kefir omelet with grated cheese - delicate, pleasant to the taste. And then there are roasted fried potatoes, juicy tomatoes, and nutritious sausages. It is simply impossible to tear yourself away from this omelet!

  1. Pour potatoes with water and boil in their uniforms until tender (about 30 minutes). Let the boiled potatoes cool slightly.
  2. Peel and dice the boiled potatoes.
  3. In a frying pan in vegetable oil, fry the potatoes for 2-3 minutes.
  4. Cut the sausages into slices.
  5. Add the sausages to the potatoes and fry for another 2 minutes.
  6. Cut the tomato into cubes.
  7. We wash and grind the greens.
  8. Add the tomato and herbs to the pan, salt and pepper. Fry for another 1-2 minutes.
  9. Three cheese on a fine grater.
  10. Break eggs into a bowl, add kefir and cheese.
  11. Beat eggs lightly with kefir and cheese whisk.
  12. Pour the omelet mixture into the pan. Cover the pan with a lid and fry the cheese omelet with potatoes, tomatoes, sausages over low heat until tender (8-10 minutes).
