Summer is the season for vegetables. I love tomatoes. I will offer an interesting recipe for breakfast - a cheese omelet with tomatoes. Simple and tasty :)

Ingredients

  1. Wash the tomatoes, cut into thin slices.
  2. Grate hard cheese.
  3. Drive eggs into a bowl. Salt and pepper.
  4. Beat eggs with a whisk. Add cheese and milk.
  5. Beat everything well.
  6. Preheat a frying pan. Pour in vegetable oil (or melt butter). Put the tomatoes in hot oil. Fry on both sides over medium heat for one minute.
  7. Pour the egg mixture over the tomatoes. To cover with a lid.
  8. Reduce heat to low. Bake the omelet under the lid, until tender, 3-4 minutes.
  9. Cheese omelet with tomatoes is ready. Serve with fresh herbs.
