Cheese soup with rice

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Pour chicken fillet with 3 liters of water, salt, pepper and cook until tender (about 20 minutes after boiling).
  2. When the fillet is ready, remove it.
  3. Pour rice into boiling broth, cook for 10 minutes.
  4. Finely chop the onion.
  5. Grate the carrots on a fine grater.
  6. Peel the potatoes, cut into cubes or cubes.
  7. Cut the meat into small pieces.
  8. Add potatoes to the broth. Add onion. And carrots. Cook for 5-7 minutes.
  9. Then add the meat, cook until the potatoes are tender.
  10. Add cheese, stir well and remove from heat.
  11. When serving, sprinkle with herbs.
