Hearty and tasty cheese soup made from young green onions with potatoes turns out to be tender and aromatic, and it's not difficult to prepare. Boil the potatoes with spices, and then add the processed cheese, the taste of which is successfully set off by fried green onions and garlic.

  2. Choose good quality processed cheese.
  3. Peel and rinse the potatoes. Rinse and dry the greens.
  4. Cut the peeled potatoes into small cubes, pour water in a saucepan, add bay leaves and allspice peas, bring to a boil. Cook for 10 minutes after boiling.
  5. In the meantime, chop the green onion - separately the white part, and then the green one (in small rings).
  6. Heat the vegetable oil in a frying pan and fry the white part of the onion for about 5 minutes.
  7. Then add the green onion and cook for another 2-3 minutes.
  8. Cut the melted cheese into cubes.
  9. We take out the bay leaf and peppercorns from the pot with potatoes. Put cheese in a saucepan.
  10. Cook, stirring occasionally, until the cheese dissolves, about 5 minutes.
  11. Add fried onions to the soup and cook for 3-5 minutes.
  12. Grind fresh herbs.
  13. Peel the garlic and pass it through a press.
  14. Pour salt, black pepper and suneli hops into the soup, add chopped herbs and garlic.
  15. Bring to a boil, turn off the heat and cover the pan with a lid. Let the soup brew for 15 minutes.
