"Cheeseburger" of croutons with scrambled eggs

“Cheeseburger” made from toasts with fried eggs is very tasty and incredibly juicy! Such a cute cheeseburger sandwich turns out to be simply huge, so it will satisfy you for a long time. Ruddy croutons, juicy cutlets, aromatic cheese, tomatoes and a fried egg - do not deny yourself the pleasure of enjoying such a hearty breakfast.

  1. Cut out circles from slices of bread (I used a culinary ring).
  2. Pour 1-2 tbsp into the pan. tablespoons of vegetable oil and brown the bread on both sides.
  3. Salt and pepper the minced meat, mix thoroughly.
  4. We form two cutlets and fry them in a pan in the remaining vegetable oil for 7-8 minutes on each side.
  5. (If you flatten the cutlets a little before frying, then the finished sandwich will look more harmonious. I did not flatten the cutlets - and it worked out very well too).
  6. Cut off two circles from the tomato.
  7. Cut the cheese in half lengthwise.
  8. We start collecting cheeseburgers. Grease two slices of bread with mayonnaise.
  9. Put a cutlet on top.
  10. Put a slice of cheese on each cutlet. The patties must be hot for the cheese to melt.
  11. Put a tomato slice on top.
  12. In the pan in which the cutlets were fried, break two eggs, salt. Cover with a lid and fry over moderate heat until the protein sets (the yolks should remain liquid inside).
  13. We put fried eggs on tomato circles.
  14. Cover with the remaining toasted bread slices.
  15. The cute toast cheeseburger sandwiches with scrambled eggs are ready.
