My first cheesecake. Well, anyway, I thought it was him. :) I wanted something fast, tasty, beautiful, and not to turn on the oven!

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Grind cookies, mix with cold butter. Pour sugar, add liqueur, mix.
  2. I did all these actions at the same time in the bowl of the combine. That is, poured all the ingredients and chopped with a knife.
  3. Without a combine, there are many ways to grind cookies: into a bag - and roll it out with a rolling pin, into a bowl - and crush it with a pusher, pass through a meat grinder, etc. Then add vanilla sugar, pour in liquor and grind with butter.
  4. Line the bottom of the mold with parchment. I thought that you can completely tighten the form with a film, for reliability, but I did not have it.
  5. Put the mass for the base in the mold and form a basket with your fingers. If I had a film, I would not make a basket, but just a bottom. And I was so afraid that I would not take it out of the form ...
  6. Remove to refrigerator.
  7. Filling.
  8. Beat the yolks with a spoonful of sugar into a cream.
  9. Whip cream with powdered sugar until firm.
  10. Soften the mascarpone with a fork, mix gently with cream, add the yolks, mix.
  11. Soak gelatin in 80 ml of water for 15 minutes. Boil without boiling, cool to 40 degrees, slowly pour into the cream, stirring.
  12. Remove the base from the refrigerator, cover the bottom with strawberry jam.
  13. Put the cream on top, smooth, put in the refrigerator for 2 hours.
  14. Cut strawberries into petals.
  15. Decorate the cake with strawberries.
  16. Pour jelly on top.
  17. Put in the refrigerator for another 4-6 hours.
  18. Enjoy your meal!!!!!
