If you do not know what a cheesecake is and how to cook it at home - this article is for you! We will tell you how to diversify a classic cheesecake!

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Prepare the base: grind the cookies into crumbs with a rolling pin, and combine it with melted butter. Cover the bowl of the multicooker with foil and form a cake base at the bottom.
  2. Grate the cheese through a sieve, and add eggs, cream, and sugar. Beat everything with a mixer at high speed.
  3. Sprinkle the raspberries with starch so that they do not sour inside the dessert. Cheesecake will also be good with strawberries, blackberries, and blueberries: berries are interchangeable to your taste.
  4. Spread the filling in layers: cheese cream, raspberries with starch, then again a layer of cream.
  5. Bake cheesecake in a multicooker with the Baking mode on for an hour and a half. Check readiness with a wooden skewer: pierce the surface in the middle - the skewer at the exit should remain clean and dry. Leave to cool for 2 hours in a multicooker with the lid open.
  6. Serve cheesecake with fresh raspberries on top or the jam.
