The easiest no-bake cheesecake recipe ever. This creamy buttercream cheesecake takes literally 10 minutes to make. Quick, easy and unbelievably delicious! Be sure to cook the cheesecake, you won't regret it!

  1. Prepare ingredients for no-bake cheesecake.
  2. Melt butter.
  3. Crush cookies into crumbs.
  4. Mix cookies with melted butter.
  5. Place the cookies in a baking dish (lined with parchment paper) and tamp the cheesecake base well. Place the cookie sheet in the refrigerator.
  6. Meanwhile, melt marshmallow marshmallows in a water bath. To do this, grease the bowl with butter and add a little milk so that the marshmallows melt more easily and do not burn.
  7. Periodically stir the marshmallows in a water bath.
  8. Mix cottage cheese with sour cream and beat with a blender.
  9. Remove marshmallows from water bath.
  10. Mix the marshmallows with the curd mass with a mixer until smooth.
  11. Pour the curd filling into a mold on the cookie base and place the cottage cheese cheesecake in the refrigerator for several hours, until completely solidified.
