Pouring is a sweet alcoholic fruit and berry tincture with a strength of about 20%, with a delicate aroma and a slightly thick texture.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. 1. Rinse the cherries, remove the tails, dry, and place them tightly in a jar. There is no need to remove the pits - it is the cherry pit that gives the drink its taste and aroma. Pour vodka and put it on the windowsill, close the lid and forget for 3 weeks. The resulting infusion is drained through a sieve and sent to another container and tightly closed. We send it to a cool place. This is not the final product yet, but an intermediate semi-finished product :).
  2. 2. Next, pour sugar into a jar of cherries (how much will go in). Shake the jar to distribute the sugar evenly. Again, forget about the jar for three weeks. After three weeks, all the sugar will dissolve (slowly and reluctantly, but on the 21st day it should not be in the jar, only syrup).
  3. 3. Then drain the syrup and mix with cherry vodka. You can strain through several layers of gauze.
  4. 4. Again, forget for three weeks (if possible :)). Now the most fragrant cherry liqueur is ready! The longer it stays in a cool place, the more it gains its aroma and strength.
