Cherry Sand Cake

Ingredients

• flour 100 g
• butter 200 g
• baking powder 10 g
• frozen cherries 400 g
• sugar 1 tbsp.
• potato starch 3 tbsp. l.

Directions

1. Melt the butter over the fire, then pour it into a bowl and add a little flour, stirring until smooth.
2. When it becomes crumbly, add a baking powder to it.
3. Then we put it all on a greased form, tamping tightly.
4. Put the cherries (previously defrosted) on top, cover them evenly with sugar and starch.
5. We put in a heated oven (180 ° C) for 35-40 minutes.
