Chicken and Rice Wok

  1. Pour oil into the wok and heat. Put the chicken fillet and fry it for 20 seconds, turning it over until it turns white on all sides.

  3. Add finely chopped garlic and ginger, fry for 7-10 seconds.
  4. Move the food in a frying pan to the side, fry curry and other spices in the freed oil - 10 seconds.
  5. Add pre-cooked rice, fry for 10 seconds.
  6. Move everything aside in a frying pan, break 2 eggs into free space, and stir fry them so that it hardens in pieces, mix them in the rest of the wok.
  7. Add soy sauce, sesame seeds, turn off heat and let stand.
