Chicken chops with cheese

  1. Wash the chicken fillet, dry it and cut the breast into 3-5 pieces.
  2. Place fillet pieces between two layers of cling film and beat lightly.
  3. Season the chops with a little salt and pepper.
  4. Prepare the batter.
  5. Break eggs into a bowl, add mayonnaise, salt, freshly ground pepper and mix well.
  6. Add flour in small portions until the batter (dough) is slightly thicker in consistency than on pancakes.
  7. Grate cheese on a coarse grater.
  8. Dip the chop in batter on one side and put on a frying pan preheated with vegetable oil with the same side down.
  9. On top, on the chop, put a small handful of cheese and spoon the batter so that it covers the cheese.
  10. Gently turn the chops to the other side and fry until golden brown.
