Chicken chops with cheese and herbs

Delicious, tender and hearty chops should not leave you indifferent

Ingredients

  1. Cut the chicken breast in half lengthwise, and again in half across. Fight back, but without fanaticism! Salt, pepper and preferably leave for 1-2 hours
  2. Mix eggs, mayonnaise, flour and herbs in a suitable container. Season with salt and pepper.
  3. Grate cheese.
  4. We put the pan with oil on the fire. (I have an electric stove, I fried chops on a deuce) The fire should not be made small so that the meat remains juicy, at the same time, the batter will cook perfectly.
  5. On a piece of beaten meat, use a spoon to put our egg mixture.
  6. Put egg sauce on the bottom in a hot pan,
  7. Put cheese on top (1-2 tablespoons for each chop)
  8. then gently pour the sauce over the chop with a spoon.
  9. Fry on both sides until golden brown.
  10. The chops are delicious both hot and cold.
