The cutlets are so tender that the kids gobble up in a few minutes
Ingredients
Directions
Chop the onion finely or into quarters and fry in vegetable oil until soft.
Wash and chop the dill.
Peel and chop the garlic.
Grate the melted curds on a coarse grater (you can freeze it a little - it will be easier to grate).
Rinse the chicken fillet with cool water and mince.
Add fried onion, dill, garlic, processed cheese, oatmeal, a little cream or milk to the minced meat (the oatmeal will absorb the liquid), salt and pepper, to taste.
Mix the minced meat well.
And put it in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes (or better for a couple of hours).
Form patties with wet hands and place on a baking sheet lined with parchment or oiled.
Sprinkle the cutlets with grated cheese on top (optional).
Bake for about 25 minutes at 180ºC.
