Juicy chicken fillet baked with a side dish - potatoes, mushrooms and cheese - is a delicious main course made from simple products. Sour cream and soy marinade softens the fibers of the chicken breast, and the cheese and egg crust adds appetizing to the dish.

  2. Wash the chicken fillet and dry it with paper towels.
  3. During the baking process, you will need foil.
  4. Mix together sour cream, soy sauce, salt and ground pepper.
  5. We make cross-shaped cuts on the chicken fillet.
  6. We place the chicken fillet in a deep container, fill it with marinade, mix a little and leave for 20 minutes.
  7. Turn on the oven to heat up to 180 degrees.
  8. While the fillet is marinated, prepare the rest of the ingredients.
  9. Peel and wash the potatoes and onions. We wash and dry the champignons or wipe them with a damp kitchen towel and clean them, update the cut of the leg.
  10. Cut the potatoes into thin slices.
  11. Grease the bottom of the baking dish with vegetable oil and lay out the potatoes. Salt (0.25 tsp) and pepper (2 pinches).

  19. We spread the cheese and egg mixture on top of the chicken fillet and put it in the oven for another 15-20 minutes at 180 degrees, so that the cheese melts and turns brown. (Cooking times may vary slightly, please take your oven into account.)
