Tasty chicken in a hurry

  1. Rinse the fillet, dry and cut into small pieces.
  2. In a bowl, mix yogurt with butter and parsley, squeeze out the garlic, season with salt and pepper, add chicken and refrigerate for 1-2 hours.
  3. Turn the oven on at 200. Cover the baking sheet with baking paper.
  4. Pour the parmesan into a plate. Dip each chicken in Parmesan and place on a baking sheet. If cheese remains, sprinkle the fillet pieces with it.
  5. Bake on a medium level for 15 minutes. Serve hot with salad. (very tasty cold too!)
