Chicken fillet pieces with rice

Chicken fillet pieces with rice

Ingredients

  1. Cut the chicken fillet into small pieces.
  2. Pour soy sauce into a deep frying pan, spread the fillet.
  3. Add salt, pepper, oregano. We mix.
  4. Then add a little water, olive oil to the pan and put on medium heat.
  5. Simmer for about 10 minutes, closing the lid and stirring occasionally (if necessary, you can add water so that the fillet does not turn out dry and so that there is enough liquid for the sauce).
  6. Add sour cream, mayonnaise and a clove of crushed (or finely grated) garlic.
  7. We reduce the heat and simmer until tender (when the meat becomes soft and the sauce is the consistency of low-fat sour cream).
  8. Boil rice in salted water, rinse.
