Chicken is a dietary product. Stewed with pineapples and green beans, it will be surprisingly juicy. And it will be like that, even when it cools down. Do not be afraid that pineapple will make the meat sweet: in the process of cooking the fruit gets rid of the sweetness.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Mix the marinade. It will require sour cream, spices, and salt.
  2. Cut the chicken fillet into slices (about the size of a ring of canned pineapple) and beat a little. Then each piece is generously soaked in the prepared sour cream mixture and set aside for an hour - let the chicken marinate.
  3. Chop onions and cheese. The first is turned into rings, the second is passed through a grater from the largest cells.
  4. We were lucky - there was a bird's skin left. Put it on a greased baking sheet (pick up a container with high sides) - so the dish will save all the juice.
  5. We spread pieces of meat on it (we will try to do it in one layer). At the top we have pineapple slices: each of them must lie on its own piece of fillet. Now you can cover the surface with beans and sliced onions.
  6. We deal with the sauce. Mix half of the vegetable oil with the flour directly in the pan. Then add the next ingredient - heated milk. Do it slowly, in small portions, stirring constantly. Then the sauce will thicken homogeneous, without lumps. In the end, season the composition with salt and spices.
  7. Pour the resulting mixture on the husk surface and sprinkle with cheese.
  8. This dish can be cooked in the microwave. If necessary quickly, switch on the appliance for a maximum of 5 minutes. And if you are not in a hurry, set the device to a 20-minute interval and medium power.
  9. The oven is also suitable. The main thing is to heat it to 180 ° C and wait for about 40 minutes until the crust appears, sparkled with bronze.
