  3. We also rub the potatoes on a coarse grater, salt and mix with one egg. Add 2-3 tablespoons of flour - we need the consistency of batter (if there are a lot of potatoes, add another egg).
  4. We immerse each piece of chicken fillet in prepared potato batter and put in a small amount of butter.
  5. Fry the chicken in potato batter on both sides over medium heat until golden brown.
  6. The zucchini has stood - we squeeze it well from excess juice. We add everything in the same way as in the potato mixture.
  7. Fry each piece of chicken breast in zucchini batter. It is important that the meat is covered with batter on all sides.
  8. Everything was prepared very quickly and deliciously!
  9. The result is tender squash patties and hearty potato patties with chicken!
