  1. Preheat oven to 200 degrees C. Cover baking sheet with greased parchment paper.
  2. Combine minced chicken, mozzarella cheese, parmesan cheese, garlic, Italian seasoning, salt and pepper in a large bowl. Add chopped basil.
  3. Place the chicken mixture on a baking sheet with parchment paper, top with a second piece of paper. Gently roll the mixture into a round or square base, 0.6-1 cm thick. Peel off the top of the parchment paper.
  4. Bake in preheated oven until edges are light brown, 30 to 45 minutes. The chicken pizza is ready.
  5. When using the filling, the base can be removed from the oven 5-10 minutes before the end of cooking. After adding the filling, return the pizza to the oven and cook until tender.
