  2. Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan and fry the onion for 2-3 minutes, until transparent.
  3. Rinse the chicken liver, dry with napkins and cut into small pieces.
  4. Add the chicken liver to the skillet with the onion.
  5. Fry the liver and onions for 7-8 minutes, stirring occasionally, until all the liquid has evaporated. Then add the egg.
  6. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
  7. Stir in the liver and egg and cook for another 1-2 minutes, until the egg is done.
