These chicken rolls are perfect for satiating adults and will delight little ones with their wonderful appearance and excellent taste. This dish can be served individually with whole rolls, or cut into rings on one large plate.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Rinse the chicken, cut out the bones, leaving the meat without veins and cartilage.
  2. Sprinkle with your favorite seasonings.
  3. Wrap an egg in each layer of chicken meat.
  4. Wrap the finished rolls with thread carefully so that the filling does not unwind and fall out.
  5. Put the formed rolls on hot oil in a frying pan.
  6. Once a deliciously crispy crust has formed, the small rolls can be turned over. Fry until a clear juice flows out from the pressure with a fork, without blood.
  7. Remove the rolls from the pan. Let cool slightly. Cut the strings from the still warm rolls. Now you can serve chicken rolls whole and decorate with herbs beautifully. Or you can cut them into circles.
