Chicken skewers in red marinade

Very appetizing chicken fillet marinated in tomato paste and fried on skewers.

Ingredients

  1. To prepare the marinade for chicken skewers, first mix the tomato paste, salt and pepper.
  2. We clean and cut the garlic.
  3. Add garlic and vegetable oil to the marinade. We mix.
  4. My fillet, dry and cut into cubes with a side of about 4 cm
  5. Mix fillet cubes with marinade and leave in the refrigerator for 3-5 hours.
  6. Thread the prepared meat onto skewers.
  7. We heat up the pan. You can lubricate it with vegetable oil. but not necessarily. Lay the chicken skewers on the skillet.
  8. Fry the chicken skewers over high heat on each of the four sides (each side for about 2 minutes).
  9. Chicken skewers are ready. Enjoy your meal!
