  7. Stir and refrigerate the bowl for 30 minutes to marinate the chicken meat.
  8. Turn on the oven to preheat to 200 degrees.
  9. Wash the apricots, pat dry, cut in half and remove the pits. Then cut each apricot half in half again.
  10. Thread chicken pieces onto wooden skewers, alternating them with apricot slices. I got 8 skewers.
  11. Arrange the skewers on the skewers on a baking sheet or place them in a baking dish. I like to put them in a form so that the skewers do not touch its bottom, but with skewers hold on to the sides. So during baking, the juice will drain into the mold, and the skewers will be fried, and not languish in the liquid.
