Chicken fillet marinated in apricot-ginger marinade and fried with bell pepper.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Prepare marinade for chicken skewers. In a bowl, combine sherry (chicken broth), soy sauce, onion, jam, vegetable oil, garlic, ginger, 1 1/2 teaspoons sesame seeds and hot sauce. Take 1/3 cup of the marinade from the total mass and reserve in the refrigerator.
  2. Pour the rest of the marinade for chicken skewers into a large plastic bag with zippers, put the chicken fillet in it, fasten the bag and shake well. Put the bag of chicken meat in the refrigerator for at least 2-3 hours, and preferably overnight, shaking at least a couple of times during this time.
  3. Turn on the grill to preheat to medium heat. Remove the chicken fillet from the marinade. Thread the chicken fillet and pepper onto the skewers one by one. Place the chicken skewers on the grill and grill for about 6 minutes, turning once. Then grease the chicken fillet skewers with the reserved marinade and fry, greasing periodically with the marinade, for another 5-10 minutes, until the juice is clear when the fillet is pierced. Sprinkle the finished chicken skewers with the remaining sesame seeds and serve immediately.
