  3. Cut the chicken fillet into pieces and pour water in a saucepan. Bring the water to a boil, remove the resulting foam.

  5. Grate the cheese on a medium grater.
  6. Finely chop the parsley leaves. Leave some greens for serving the soup.
  7. Cut the butter into small pieces.
  8. In a bowl, combine cheese, flour, pieces of butter, egg, parsley and salt.
  9. Knead soft dough. The consistency of the dough will resemble shortbread. Cover the dough with plastic wrap and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
  10. Peel the onion and cut it into small cubes. Peel and rub the carrots on a coarse grater.
  11. Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan. Fry the onion for about 4 minutes, until transparent.
  12. After that, add carrots to the onion.
  13. Fry onions with carrots for another 4-5 minutes, until golden brown.
  14. Peel and cut the potatoes into small pieces.
  15. Remove bay leaves from broth, add potatoes and cook for 10 minutes.
