Chicken soup with rice and green onions

Ingredients

  1. Boil chicken broth, adding bay leaf and black pepper.
  2. Peel and chop the potatoes, add them to the chicken 20 minutes after the broth boils.
  3. Peel and chop carrots, onions. Saute in a little oil and add to the broth. Season the soup with salt to taste.
  4. Rinse the rice thoroughly and add when the potatoes are ready, the rice will cook very quickly. It can be substituted with vermicelli or red lentils if desired.
  5. Remove the chicken fillet from the soup and tear into fibers or cut into cubes, as you like.
  6. When serving, be sure to sprinkle the soup with freshly chopped green onions! It turns out a very tender chicken soup.
