Keto soup with chicken and hot pepper turns out to be spicy and aromatic. This dish is especially good in the cold season, when the body most of all needs warming food.
Chicken broth is taken as a basis for obtaining a rich soup. Chicken broth made from meat on the bone helps to get healthier meat protein, it has practically no carbohydrates and few calories. If the broth is too fatty, dilute it with water.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Cut the chicken thighs fillet into large pieces. Preheat a frying pan, grease with oil, lay out the meat. Add salt, pepper, fry the meat on both sides until tender. Set the meat aside.
  2. Preheat a saucepan (or wok pan), add olive oil, coriander seeds and brown a little to let the seasoning reveal its flavor. Add chopped chili peppers and fry lightly.
  3. Add broth with water, turmeric, cumin, salt and pepper. Boil.
  4. Once the soup has boiled, place the tomato paste and butter in a saucepan and stir to combine the ingredients. Boil the soup for 5-10 minutes over low heat. Squeeze 1/2 lime at the end.
  5. Before serving, collect the soup: put about 100 g of fried chicken on the bottom of a portioned plate and add the broth.
  6. To decorate the dish, you can use avocado slices, green onions, cream cheese and cilantro.
