Chicken stew with bell pepper

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Wash the bell peppers, remove the seeds, rinse again, cut into medium strips.
  2. Peel the onion and garlic, cut the onion into half rings, pass the garlic through a press or grate.
  3. Wash the chicken fillet, dry, cut into medium strips.
  4. In a bowl, combine soy sauce, tomato paste, garlic, honey, ½ tsp. salt and mix well until smooth.
  5. Pour chicken fillet with marinade, mix, leave for 40 minutes.
  6. Heat the olive oil in a frying pan, fry the chicken fillet with the marinade for 10-12 minutes until golden brown, and pepper at the end of frying.
  7. Transfer the chicken fillet from the pan, add olive oil, if necessary, fry the onion half rings for 5-7 minutes, add strips of bell pepper, add a little salt, pepper, stir and fry for another 7 minutes.
  8. Return the fried chicken fillet to the pan with the onions and bell peppers, mix gently and fry everything together for another 5-7 minutes.
  9. Serve hot chicken ragout with bell pepper, boiled rice is best served as a side dish.
