  1. Fry chopped onions in oil. Boil rice with quinoa in salted water until tender, drain. Cool slightly, add egg, onion, stir
  2. Cut the chicken fillet into portions, beat slightly, pepper, add spices, soy sauce. Leave to marinate for 10-15 minutes
  3. Put the marinated pieces of meat on a baking sheet, spread the tomato slices on top. Put a ball of rice filling on a circle of tomato, grease with mayonnaise, sprinkle with grated cheese.
  4. Bake in a preheated oven for 25-30 minutes until golden brown. Serve hot! Bon Appetit.
