Chicken wings baked in the oven on skewers are very tasty! And all thanks to a spicy marinade of soy and oyster sauces, honey, ketchup, onions and sesame seeds. Due to the marinade, the wings are not only juicy, but also acquire a mega-appetizing crust!

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Rinse chicken wings and pat dry with paper towels. If you have whole wings, cut off the extreme phalanges - we will not need these parts.
  2. Then cut the wings at the joint into two parts.
  3. For the marinade, combine liquid honey, oyster sauce, soy sauce, sesame seeds, ketchup, salt and ground black pepper in a bowl.
  4. Stir until smooth.
  5. Peel the onion and cut into small cubes.
  6. Transfer the onion to the marinade and mix again.
  7. Transfer the wings to the bowl with the marinade.
  8. Mix the wings well so that the marinade coats each piece.
  9. Cover the bowl with cling film and place in the refrigerator.
  10. I marinated the wings for 3 hours, you can leave for a longer time (6-8 hours).
  11. Shortly before the end of the pickling process, preheat the oven to 200 degrees.
  12. Soak wooden skewers in cold water 20 minutes before baking.
  13. Then take the skewers out of the water.
  14. Thread 4 chicken pieces onto each skewer.
  15. Line a baking dish with parchment paper and place the prepared skewers with wings in a single layer.
  16. Bake the wings in an oven preheated to 200 degrees for 45 minutes. During this time, turn the wings once, 25 minutes after the start of baking.
  17. Baked chicken wings on skewers are ready!
  18. Roasting on skewers makes serving wings spectacular.
  19. The wings are completely baked and turn out juicy, the meat literally lags behind the bones.
  20. Enjoy your meal!
