Let's make chocolate banana muffins in a mug - it's quick and easy, you don't even have to turn on the oven. A microwave oven can handle baking with a bang. 10 minutes - and you can enjoy a wonderful delicacy!

  1. Peel the banana. Break the banana pulp into small pieces and place in a bowl. Banana pulp weight - 115 g.
  2. Mash the banana with a fork.
  3. Pour in the sugar.
  4. Mix the banana puree and sugar again with a fork. The puree will become slightly thinner.
  5. Fold in the sifted flour and cocoa powder.
  6. Stir.
  7. Pour in the milk and stir again. The dough should have the consistency of thick sour cream.
  8. Put the dough into cups, taking up no more than half the volume of each of them. The volume of the cup I use is 230 ml. I cook three servings.
  9. Cook cupcakes in the microwave for 4 minutes at 800 watts.
  10. Chocolate banana cupcakes are ready! The surface of each cupcake can be decorated as desired before serving (I sprinkled with chocolate chips and cocoa powder).
  11. Cupcakes can be eaten straight from the cup.
  12. And you can remove the cupcakes from the cups and put them on a saucer.
  13. Serving chocolate banana muffins with condensed milk is ideal - the condensed milk will add moisture to them.
