A very simple recipe for chocolate banana roll with buttercream.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. We will need softened butter, which has lain on the table overnight. Beat it with a mixer for 3-5 minutes.
  2. Add condensed milk (150 g) and mix well. (If you want to make a colored cream, then you can add sugar or gel coloring at this stage.)
  3. Leave the cream at room temperature.
  4. Beat the eggs (one large or two small) with a mixer in a lush foam. Add soda slaked with vinegar. Beat and add the remaining condensed milk. Mix well.
  5. Sift flour into the dough and mix. Then beat everything until smooth.
  6. Cover a rectangular baking sheet with parchment paper and pour out the dough. We level. We send it to the oven, heated to 200 degrees, for 5-7 minutes.
  7. Ripe bananas are peeled and cut into circles or semicircles. Sprinkle with lemon juice to keep them from browning.
  8. Remove the cake from the oven and let it cool for 5 minutes so that it is slightly warm.
  9. Lubricate with cream, not reaching 1 cm to the edges.
  10. Distribute bananas on top.
  11. We roll up. Then we pack it in parchment paper and send it to the refrigerator for 20 minutes so that it grabs.
  12. Melt the chocolate in the microwave or over a water bath. Lubricate the roll with chocolate (I do not grease the sides). We send the chocolate-banana roll to the refrigerator.
  13. An hour before we serve the chocolate banana roll, we take it out of the refrigerator so that the buttercream has time to melt.
  14. Chocolate banana roll is ready.
