Chocolate sponge cake will not leave anyone indifferent due to its rich chocolate taste and amazing porous structure. Chocolate biscuit in a slow cooker, due to its ease of preparation, will definitely become a frequent guest of your table.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Break two eggs into a bowl, add two cups of sugar, beat with a mixer or blender.
  2. Add a glass of milk, a third of a glass of sunflower oil and mix again.
  3. In a separate container, mix the sifted flour, one and a half teaspoons of soda, one and a half tablespoons of baking powder and 6 tablespoons with a slide of cocoa. We mix.
  4. We put the kettle (we need a glass of boiling water).
  5. Gradually add dry ingredients to wet ingredients and mix.
  6. Add a glass of boiling water, mix.
  7. Lubricate the multicooker bowl with butter. We pour our dough into a bowl. We put the bowl in the slow cooker and turn on the “baking” mode for 1 hour.
  8. After the end of the program, we leave the biscuit in the multicooker on heating for 15-20 minutes so that it does not settle.
  9. This is how a chocolate biscuit turned out in a slow cooker. Let it cool down a bit, meanwhile make sour cream.
  10. Pour sour cream into a bowl for whipping, add a glass of sugar and vanillin or vanilla sugar.
  11. Beat with a mixer or a blender at high speeds until the sour cream becomes thicker (I got it with a mixer in about 8 minutes).
  12. Cut the biscuit into slices.
  13. We coat each cake well with sour cream.
  14. Chocolate sponge cake with sour cream is ready. It is better to send it to the refrigerator for a couple of hours so that it soaks.
  15. Enjoy your meal!
