Delicate in texture and at the same time quite hearty biscuit cake with sour cream.

  1. We beat the eggs.
  2. Add cocoa and condensed milk. So that the cocoa powder does not scatter throughout the kitchen, first mix it a little with the mixer turned off.
  3. We put sour cream and soda, which will be extinguished with sour cream. Beat the mass until smooth.
  4. Pour the prepared preparation into the sifted flour. Stir the dough until smooth.
  5. Grease a metal mold with a diameter of 25-28 cm with oil, crush with flour. Pour half of the dough into the mold, bake the cake. Then pour the second half of the dough and bake another cake. We cut both cooled cakes in half, you get 4 thin cakes.
  6. While the cakes are baking, beat sour cream with sugar for cream.
  7. Lubricate the already cooled cakes with cream. We stack them on top of each other.
  8. Coarsely three chocolate.
  9. Using a cookie cutter "star", we form a pattern on the cake.
  10. Crush the grated chocolate on the surface of the cake in the form of a shooting star. After a couple of hours spent in the refrigerator for impregnation, the Cosmos chocolate cake is ready for use.
