Chocolate cake with berries

Chocolate cake with fresh berries - what could be tastier and more attractive! :)

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Combine flour, soda, salt, sugar, vanilla sugar and cocoa.
  2. Add two eggs, soft butter, olive oil and milk in turn.
  3. At the very end, add wine vinegar.
  4. Mix well so that there are no lumps and oil stains.
  5. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and brush with butter. Transfer the dough into a mold.
  6. Bake 50-60 min. at 175 degrees.
  7. Cool the biscuit, cut into cakes and soak them with sugar syrup.
  8. Syrup - any to your taste, I took 5 tablespoons of sugar and a spoonful of cocoa for 8 tablespoons of water. Be sure to soak with cold syrup.
  9. Cream:

  12. Beat the mascarpone, gradually adding the chocolate mixture.
  13. Glaze:

  16. Assemble the cake, cover it with icing and decorate with fresh berries. Let the chocolate cake with berries stand for several hours in the refrigerator.
