We offer to enrich the home treasury with recipes for the popular chocolate cake with cherries, cheesecake, and variations on the fruit and biscuit theme.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Separate the whites from the yolks, and beat separately with equal portions of sugar. Mix the dry ingredients, add the softened butter and grind thoroughly. Pour the yolks into the oil mass first, bring to a smooth consistency, then add the protein mass and mix gently. Put the dough in the prepared form and bake for 20-25 minutes at a temperature of 180 degrees.
  2. While the cake is baking, prepare the filling: sprinkle the cherries with sugar and let the juice run, then boil for a couple of minutes. Remove the berries and mix with a portion of cognac, and cook the syrup until slightly thickened. After 7-10 minutes, pour the cognac into the syrup.
  3. Beat the pre-chilled cream well with powdered sugar and vanilla to form a thick, stable mass.
  4. At the final stage of making a chocolate cake with cherries, divide the finished cake in half, soak it in syrup, generously brush the bottom cake with whipped cream, and layout the "drunk" cherry. Cover with the other half, coat the top and sides well with the rest of the cream, and decorate with grated dark chocolate.
