Chocolate cake with chocolate cream and orange frosting. Very tasty! For the festive table, I make such a cake from two cakes.

  6. Pour the dough into the mold.
  7. We put the form with the dough in a cold or warm oven, then the cake will rise more evenly. Bake for 40-50 minutes at 180°C.
  8. For impregnation, we make orange syrup.
  9. Squeeze juice from oranges.
  10. In a saucepan, combine squeezed orange juice, water and sugar.
  11. Cook the syrup over low heat for 20-30 minutes. And we chill.
  12. Cooking chocolate cream.
  13. Melt dark dark chocolate with a high cocoa content and butter in a water bath.
  14. Pour sour cream into a deep bowl, add powdered sugar and salt.
  15. Add the melted chocolate-butter mixture to the bowl.
  16. Mix with a mixer until smooth. The cream is ready.
  17. Cool the cake, take it out of the mold.
  18. Cut the cake lengthwise into two pieces.
  19. Drizzle the bottom of the cake with orange syrup.
  20. Lubricate with cream.
  21. Cover with the second part of the cake, cut side up. Pour again with orange syrup and grease with cream.
  22. Decorate the chocolate cake as you wish. In this case, coarsely chopped dark chocolate and orange slices.
