Turn on the oven to preheat to 180 degrees. Butter a cake tin (with a hole in the middle) with a diameter of 23 cm. Sprinkle the oiled mold with cocoa powder.
In a bowl, mix flour, cocoa, baking powder, soda, all sugar and salt. Dissolve coffee in 1 tbsp. a spoonful of milk.
In a separate bowl, beat butter with buttermilk, milk, eggs, coffee diluted in milk and vanilla extract. Continuing to beat at low speed, gradually add dry ingredients.
Pour the batter into the prepared pan and place in the preheated oven. Bake chocolate cake for 40-50 minutes.
Remove the finished chocolate cake from the oven, let stand for 15 minutes, and then remove the product from the mold and leave at room temperature until completely cooled.
Meanwhile, prepare the glaze. In a small saucepan, combine chocolate and cream, place over low heat, stir until chocolate is completely dissolved. Then let the frosting cool slightly and pour over the cake.
