Chocolate cake with protein cream and oranges

Incredibly delicious chocolate muffin pairs perfectly with oranges and protein cream. We will cook a pie with chocolate in a slow cooker.

Ingredients

  1. Crack four medium eggs at room temperature into a mixing bowl. Beat first at medium speed, then increase to maximum. The eggs should increase in volume and become fluffy.
  2. Add 1 cup of sugar and beat for 8-10 minutes.
  3. The egg mixture should be light and thick.
  4. We introduce twice sifted flour, baking powder, chocolate grated on a fine grater and softened butter. Whisk for 3-4 minutes.
  5. Grease the sides and bottom of the multicooker bowl with butter. Put the dough into a bowl and smooth it out. Cooking a chocolate cake in a slow cooker in the "Baking" mode for 45 minutes.
  6. Remove the cooled cake from the bowl.
  7. Rub the zest of half an orange on a fine grater. Cut the other half of the orange into slices.
  8. Separate the whites from the yolks and beat with a pinch of salt.
  9. Add 3 tbsp. spoons of sugar and continue to beat, gradually adding the rest of the sugar.
  10. Add orange zest and 0.5 teaspoon lemon juice. We mix.
  11. We decorate the cold cake with protein cream. (If you apply cream on a hot or warm cupcake, it will spread.)
  12. Place orange slices on top.
  13. Chocolate cake with oranges and protein cream is ready.
