Chocolate cake without baking, with marshmallows

The main advantage of this recipe is that the cake is prepared without baking, simply, easily and from available products.

Ingredients

• Chocolate cookies - 60 g
• Regular cookies - 60 g
• Butter - 40 g
• Instant gelatin - 20 g
• Cocoa powder - 5 tbsp. l.
• Cream 10% - 400 ml
• Sugar - 40 g
• Marshmallow - 150 g

Directions

1. Grind cookies into crumbs using a blender.
2. Melt butter.
3. Combine crushed biscuits with melted butter and mix until smooth.
4. Put the cookies in a mold with a diameter of 20 centimeters, flatten and put in the freezer for 25 minutes.
5. Dissolve gelatin in 60 ml of water.
6. Dilute cocoa powder in a small amount of water to make a thick homogeneous mass.
7. Heat cream and mix with sugar until completely dissolved.
8. Add cocoa and gelatin to the cream.
9. Mix.
10. Remove the form from the freezer, put the marshmallows on the cake and pour the chocolate-creamy mass.
11. Put the chocolate cake with marshmallows in the refrigerator for 3-4 hours.
