The most delicious pie with just four ingredients. This chocolate cake is prepared not only without chocolate, but also without flour, butter and sugar. The cake owes its unusual color not to dyes at all, but to a combination of quite affordable products - bananas and cocoa.

  1. Bananas are best chosen as ripe as possible - they are both sweeter and softer.
  2. Immediately turn on the oven to warm up to a temperature of 180 degrees.
  3. Bananas are peeled, broken into small pieces and thoroughly kneaded with a fork.
  4. Add cocoa and baking powder. We mix.
  5. We beat the eggs. Mix thoroughly.
  6. In all the previous steps, you can, of course, use a blender - so the dough will be more uniform. But, as for me, the beauty of this recipe is that the dough can be easily and quickly kneaded with an ordinary fork. Well, and in small pieces of bananas, which, when baking a pie, become like a delicate cream.
  7. The consistency of the dough is similar to thick sour cream.
  8. We shift the dough into a mold. I have a silicone mold, so I did not lubricate it with anything. If you have a ceramic or iron form, it is better to grease it with vegetable oil or line it with parchment.
  9. The diameter of my mold is 15 cm and the height is 5 cm.
  10. We bake a chocolate cake in the oven, preheated to a temperature of 180 degrees, for about 40-45 minutes.
  11. After about 20 minutes of baking, the form can be covered with a piece of foil so that the top of the cake does not dry out, and 5-10 minutes before the end of baking, remove the foil.
  12. The exact baking time for the cake depends on your oven.
  13. Chocolate cake without sugar and flour is ready. Let it cool slightly, remove from the mold, cut into pieces and serve.
