Ingredients

Directions

  1. In a deep bowl, combine 140 grams of sifted flour, 10 grams of starch, 1 teaspoon of baking powder, 1/4 teaspoon of baking soda, and 1/3 teaspoon of salt. Use any starch, or replace it with the same amount of flour.
  2. Stir dry ingredients with a whisk.
  3. It is better to take black chocolate for cookies, with a high content of cocoa products, at least 70% - with it, the cookies are the most delicious. Cut 100 grams of chocolate into small pieces. You can also use chocolate drops instead of chocolate. Optionally, some of the chocolate can be replaced with chopped dried berries or dried fruits.
  4. In a separate bowl, combine 90 grams of soft butter, 100 grams of sugar, and 10 grams of vanilla sugar. Optionally, you can use brown sugar (this will give the cookies a caramel flavor and crisp texture).
  5. Rub butter thoroughly with sugar for 2 minutes.
  6. Then add 1 chicken egg to the oil mixture. Mix everything into a homogeneous paste.
  7. Add the dry ingredients to the liquid base by adding flour to a bowl. Use a silicone spatula to knead the dough.
  8. When the dough is done, add the chocolate chips to the dough. Stir well to distribute the chocolate pieces evenly.
  9. Cover the bowl with cling film (or put in a bag) and refrigerate for 1 hour.
  10. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone baking mat. Remove the frozen dough from the refrigerator. Scoop up a serving of dough with an ice cream spoon and place on a baking sheet. Place cookies at a considerable distance from each other.
  11. Use a silicone spatula to press down a little on each cookie, flattening it.
  12. Send a baking sheet with cookies to an oven preheated to 180 degrees for 12-15 minutes until golden brown.
  13. Cool the finished cookies on a wire rack. The dish is ready. Bon Appetit!
