We offer you a recipe for very tasty and fragrant chocolate and coffee muffins.

  1. Grease muffin molds with butter and set aside.
  2. We break 100 grams of dark chocolate into pieces, put in a bowl, pour one glass of hot milk (250 ml).
  3. Add 120 grams of soft butter, mix.
  4. Add 220 grams of granulated sugar and 1 tablespoon of instant coffee (powder), mix well.
  5. Add one egg, mix again and set aside.
  6. In a separate bowl, sift 250 grams of flour, 1.5 teaspoons of baking powder, 25 grams of cocoa, add a pinch of salt and 10 grams of vanilla sugar, mix.
  7. We make a hole in the flour, pour the prepared liquid mixture and quickly knead the batter with a whisk.
  8. We fill the greased molds with 2/3 of the dough, put a slice of chocolate in each, immersing the chocolate in the dough.
  9. Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees Celsius for 12-15 minutes. Bake until the surface of the muffins is firm. From this amount, we get 15 muffins.
  10. We take out the finished muffins from the oven, free them from the molds, put them on a wooden board, let them cool for 2-3 minutes and serve.
