Chocolate cookies

Delicate, crumbly biscuits with a light chocolate aroma.

Ingredients

• flour 140 g
• eggs 1 pc.
• butter 60 g
• a pinch of salt
• baking powder 0.5 tsp.
• dark chocolate 40 g
• sugar 100

Directions

1. Let's melt the butter. Beat it together with sugar with a whisk until it is completely dissolved.
2. Beat the egg separately, add to the butter
3. Beat in an egg and stir everything together.
4. Pour flour, salt and baking powder into the liquid mixture
5. Add flour, salt and baking powder.
6. Add chocolate chips to the dough
7. Stir in the chocolate chips. The dough is not sticky, it gathers well in a lump.
8. Cut out hearts from the dough, bake
9. Roll up small balls from the dough or cut them out in the shape of hearts. Put the cookies on a baking sheet lined with foil (or baking paper) or on a silicone mat. We bake at a temperature of 180 degrees for 15-20 minutes.
