Intense chocolate flavor, white chocolate icing and amazing juicy and slightly tart currant berries. The perfect combination. With the aroma and taste of orange.

  1. Prepare the necessary products.
  2. Butter should be soft.
  3. Sift flour.
  4. Put butter at room temperature in a bowl, add sugar and grind with a whisk.
  5. Add eggs, mix.
  6. Peel the orange, remove the membranes and seeds. Add pulp and orange juice to the butter-egg mass. Mix.
  7. Pour in milk, stir.
  8. In a separate bowl, mix flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, soda and salt.
  9. Pour bulk products into the liquid mixture in portions and mix well until a homogeneous mass is obtained.
  10. Pour a small portion of the batter into a silicone cupcake mold (about 1 incomplete tablespoon).
  11. Put a few currants in the center (1 teaspoon).
  12. And cover the berries on top with another 1 tbsp. a spoonful of dough.
  13. Thus, fill in all the forms.
  14. Place molds on a baking sheet.
  15. Put the baking sheet in a preheated oven, up to 180 degrees. Bake chocolate cupcakes with currants for 20-25 minutes. The baking time depends on the technical capabilities of the oven.
  16. Remove the finished cupcakes from the molds and let them cool.
  17. Melt chocolate. Decorate the cooled cupcakes with melted chocolate and currant berries.
  18. Serve cupcakes for tea.
