Chocolate cupcakes with cherry jam and nuts

Ingredients

  1. The dough for cupcakes cooks quickly, so it's best to immediately turn on the oven to heat up to 180 degrees.
  2. Beat the egg with sugar.
  3. Pour in kefir and mix.
  4. Pour in cocoa.
  5. Mix until smooth.
  6. Gradually add the sifted flour mixed with the baking powder.
  7. Pour in vegetable oil.
  8. Mix well to get a homogeneous dough for cupcakes on kefir.
  9. Fill cupcake molds 2/3 full with batter. Put in an oven preheated to 180 degrees and bake chocolate cupcakes on kefir for 25-30 minutes. Check the readiness of the cupcakes with a wooden skewer (it should be dry).
  10. Transfer the finished chocolate cupcakes to a wire rack and cool.
  11. Make a well in the center of each cupcake (using a teaspoon or apple peeler).
  12. Crush the removed parts.
  13. Chop the walnuts with a knife.
  14. Mix nuts with crumbs.
  15. Add cherry jam. Mix the filling for the cupcakes.
  16. Fill the cupcakes with the nut filling with cherry jam.
  17. Prepare ingredients for chocolate icing.
  18. Melt the butter, add sugar and sour cream, put on a slow fire.
  19. Without removing from heat, add cocoa, mix.
  20. Stirring constantly, bring the glaze to a boil, but do not boil. The finished chocolate icing will become homogeneous, smooth and shiny. Remove from fire and cool slightly.
  21. Dip the cupcakes in the warm glaze until it covers the top of the cupcakes.
  22. Decorate muffins with nuts, cherry jam and chocolate icing with confectionery sprinkles.
  23. Place the chocolate cupcakes on a wire rack to set the icing.
