Chocolate muffins with cottage cheese filling are decorated with two types of chocolate - the best treat for tea! Such cupcakes curd-chocolate are especially liked by children.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. In a large bowl, mix the flour thoroughly with the baking powder, baking soda and cocoa powder.
  2. Whisk the egg in another bowl. Add sugar.
  3. Pour in vegetable oil and buttermilk and mix well.
  4. Then put the flour mixture on top and mix thoroughly again.
  5. Beat cottage cheese together with sugar and vanilla sugar in a bowl into a creamy mass.
  6. Preheat the oven to 180°C. Grease the indentations of a baking sheet with grease or place baking molds in them.
  7. Divide the fourth part of the dough into equal pieces (portions) and arrange them in the recesses of the baking sheet for cupcakes (the dough should take up no more than a third of the height of the molds).
  8. Place 1 teaspoon of filling on top of each piece of dough.
  9. Cover it with the remaining dough.
  10. Bake in the middle of the oven for 20-25 minutes. Remove the cupcakes from the sheet and let them cool on a kitchen rack or just on the table.
  11. Crush the dark chocolate for making the glaze, put it in a tall saucepan and melt it in a water bath, stirring occasionally.
  12. Dip the top of the cupcakes into liquid chocolate, dry a little.
  13. Crumble the milk chocolate, then sprinkle the chocolate chips on top of the cupcakes.
  14. Bon appetit!
